Mobile patrol services give office and retail property owners and managers a great way of
monitoring their facilities after business hours. Random visits throughout the night by a well-marked,
highly visible patrol vehicle are a proven way to deter property loss or damage.
Overview
Our mission is to provide a mobile patrol service that is unprecedented
in the level of individualized customer service, creative solutions and
utilization of current technology.
A clearly marked, highly visible vehicle will visit a customer's
property specified number of times. Patrol officers physically check
all accessible gates, doors as well as parking and garage areas to make
sure that the property is secured and no unauthorized persons are
trespassing.
Daily activity and incident reports are crucial to a property owner or
manager. In addition to communicating what was observed at the
property, they provide important documentation in case of a lawsuit. We
will customize each client's report to reflect the property's specific
needs and customer's preferences. Detailed electronic reports will be
submitted daily to notify the customer of any unusual activities,
incidents or maintenance issues.
Verification of Patrol Visits
One of the biggest concerns in this industry is accountability and
verification of visits. Priebe Security utilizes a high tech reporting
system to track officers' patrols. Data strips are discreetly placed at
various locations throughout customer's property. Officers have to
physically scan each data strip as they patrol the property. The
information is downloaded at the end of the shift and posted on a
designated client-access web site. Customers can access their account
at any time to verify patrols and see the officer's daily reports.
Management and Supervision
Each morning, reports will be reviewed by Priebe Security management
and customers will be notified either by phone or email of any
incidents or unusual findings. Since the reports will be reviewed
regularly, we can also be proactive in recommending solutions to
recurring problems.
