Mobile Patrol Officer (Overnight Shifts)

Patrol Officers visit multiple properties throughout their shift, following a set route in a company provided patrol vehicle. These officers inspect building exteriors and interiors as well as parking structures for unusual or suspicious activity, safety hazards or property damage and report their findings to management by logging reports electronically.

FLEX Officer (Variable Schedule)

Flex Officers will be sent to various accounts in and around the Austin Area, and may at times be asked to drive a company vehicle at various sites.

Security Officer

A Security Officer’s main role is to protect people, property, and proprietary information by monitoring property access and building operational systems, as well as enforcing security protocols, property rules and the law.

Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor is accountable for day-to-day operations of an assigned account, including hiring, training, disciplining of staff. Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees: develop & retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively run the account while providing quality customer service.

Field Service Manager

Field Service Managers conduct inspections of security officers and job site locations and provide feedback to employees and management. Ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, well developed interpersonal skills and previous security supervisory/management experience.
